Welcome to Pinocchio's Preschool
We provide a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment, full of exciting and fun play activities. We are registered to provide care for up to 24 children per session and work on a minimum 1 adult to 6 children ratio (often less).
Subject to availability children whose 3rd birthday is between 1st September and 31st March can start in September. Children whose birthday is between 1st April and 31st August can start in April.
We are based on the Sylvan First School campus in Parkstone and work closely with the school, joining school activities wherever possible, to ensure a smooth transition from Preschool to Reception.
All our staff are experienced childcare professionals, trained to a high level and CRB checked.
All sessions are carefully planned to ensure children are working towards the Early Learning Goals as set out in the curriculum guidance for the foundation stage provided by the Department for Education and Employment (DFEE).
At Pinocchio's we welcome all children regardless of ability, culture, religion or gender. We work in close partnership with parents to ensure that the medical, cultural and dietary needs of the children are met.
Pinocchio's Preschool has been judged Outstanding by OFSTED (the highest grade available).
